iheartmatcha is a personal blog all about matcha. Topics will range from reviews to discussions surrounding tea ceremonies and its history. This blog was made to share my favorite matcha places and express opinions regarding taste and overall likeability of a cafe as well as matcha recipes found online. Matcha’s popularity over the years has significantly grown and it is important to acknowledge the history behind and give credit where it’s due. iheartmatcha’s goal is to reach a local audience in order to create dialogue around popular spots and discuss if they are worth going to or not. Audience opinion is welcome and my word is no way law. Taste is based on subjective preferences and that is and will always be taken into account when creating reviews or recipes.
